Which part of the GetCalendario docs do I need?

Updated 4 October 2026

The help docs are split into sections that match the screens you see when you are signed in. Find the line below that sounds like your question and follow the link.

If you are new

  • Start Here. What GetCalendario is, what it does and does not do, and a ten-minute setup.

If you are setting things up

  • Initial Sync. Connect your calendar accounts, create your first connection, and understand Test Flight and one-way versus two-way sync.
  • Sync Rules. Choose which events are copied and how: skip by color, keep private events private, hide details, label copies, and more.
  • Settings & Security. Passkeys, two-factor sign-in, your email and password, and deleting your account.

If other people are involved

  • People & Team. Invite people, add someone else's calendar as a secondary account, and manage a team.
  • Shared Read-Only Calendar. Let someone see when you are free without giving them a login, and stop sharing when you want.

If you want a safety net

  • Daily Backups. Where each night's copy goes, how to lock it, and how to restore from it.

If something looks wrong

  • Sync Status. Read the status page, find out why a calendar stopped syncing, and reconnect an account.

If it is about money

  • Billing. The 14-day trial, the Free plan, comparing plans, and upgrading, downgrading or cancelling.
  • Refer & Earn. The referral punch card and the free year.

If you want ideas or an answer to something else

  • Ways people use GetCalendario. Real arrangements: family calendars, client calendars, work and personal.
  • Other. Which calendars work with GetCalendario, and a plain glossary of the terms used here.

Beyond the docs

If you do not know where to begin, read what is GetCalendario and then get started in ten minutes.
