Every plan, free included, gets all of this.
Automatically pad synced events on either side so you never get booked back-to-back across calendars.
Replace the title and the notes on the destination calendar, so a copy shows only what you want it to — "Busy", say, instead of the meeting name. Which prefix goes on the front is a plan matter: see "Identifier on Copies" above.
Copies land on the destination calendar marked private, so colleagues see only that you are busy.
Chain connections to pass events through three or more calendars. Each link uses one connection.
Temporarily stop a sync without deleting it or losing your settings.
Google and Microsoft tell us when something changes, so copies usually land within moments.
Sign in with a passkey — your face, fingerprint or device PIN, and no password to steal — or protect a password with an emailed code or an authenticator app.
Test Flight writes a couple of throwaway events, watches them travel, and tells you what happened — so you find out a connection works before your real calendar depends on it. It cleans up after itself.
The Sync Status page lists what travelled, what did not, and the reason for each — a rule that stopped it, a window it fell outside, something the other calendar would not accept. No guessing, and no support ticket to find out.
Google Calendar, Outlook.com, Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online.
Everything you need to know about plans, connections and how syncing works.
Still not sure which plan fits? The free trial gives you everything in Premium — and you can change plans at any time.
