A note from Jeremy & Andrei

Calendars. Boring, right? Not to us!

We love 'em. We live by them. We fight for them.

Actually, we started out fighting about them — with our spouses and partners, with our business contacts. Double-bookings. Missing our kids' events, because one of us lived in Google and the other lived in Microsoft and neither calendar had any idea the other existed.

Andrei and Jeremy have been working together on projects for over a decade, and we knew this problem deserved a better answer than remembering harder. So GetCalendario is point-and-shoot on purpose: nothing to download, no app on your phone or your laptop. Log in, make your connections, and that is the job done — "Sync-go™", if you will.

It works for spouses, for partners, for business partners, for a whole office. And you can find out whether it works for you without paying anything at all: our free tier is a real account, not a countdown.

The two of us

One of us listens. The other one builds.

Jeremy

Customers and design

I design the product and I talk to customers. Most of my career has been spent helping IT people and the users they support, and it taught me one thing: people put up with a lot if you listen to them and answer plainly.

Andrei

The engine room

Andrei is the technical mind behind everything you don't see: the sync engine, the nightly backups, the checks that run before anything touches your calendar. We've built things together for over a decade. When I say "it should just work," he's the reason it does.

Our history

A Track Record of Customer Focus

Before GetCalendario, Jeremy started PolicyPak, a company that helped IT teams manage their Windows computers. We were small, so customers got to know us and we got to know them, and their feedback shaped almost everything we built.

PolicyPak and GetCalendario are different products for different people, so those reviews are not reviews of this service. We point to them because our goal here is the same one: relentless customer focus. They are the best evidence we have of how we treat the people who use what we make.

Where GetCalendario came from

This service was built in December 2021 and opened to customers on 15 January 2022 — but not under this name. For the first stretch of its life it was Calenderio.com, and it has run without interruption ever since.

We mention it because provenance is hard to check in this market, and a company that looks like it turned up last year is a fair thing to be wary of. If you go looking for how long this has actually been running, the old name is the trail — and a domain's registration history is a public record nobody can edit after the fact.

Our promises

Five things we'll do

  1. Keep the free plan real. No card, no countdown.
  2. Tell you the same day something stops. Not three weeks later, when you miss lunch.
  3. Keep a real person within reach. Call or email, and if talking it through would help, we'll call you.
  4. Let you take your backups with you. On any paid plan, download your nightly copies whenever you like.
  5. Never sell what's on your calendar. We move your events. We do not sell them or use them for advertising.

Refer & Earn

Know someone who'd like this? We'll give you a free year.

Most of our customers arrive because a friend or colleague mentioned us. When you do the mentioning, we'd like to say thank you properly.

  1. 1Make a free account and you get your own link, plus a punch card with two stamps already on it.
  2. 2A friend takes a paid plan through your link: 1 stamp for monthly, 3 for yearly.
  3. 3Fill the card and get a free year of your plan. A stamp is yours to keep once your friend has been paying for a while, and every card you fill is another free year.
