GetCalendario plans compared: Free, Basic, Premium and Pro
Updated 9 October 2026
GetCalendario has four plans: Free, Basic, Premium and Pro. Free costs nothing and covers two calendar accounts with one connection between them. The paid plans cost $5, $10 and $20 a month, or $50, $100 and $200 a year, and each adds accounts, connections, rules, a wider sync window and more.
Every new signup gets 14 days with the Premium limits and no card needed, then moves to Free unless they choose a paid plan. See the 14-day trial and the Free plan.

What do the rows mean?
- Calendar accounts: Google, Microsoft or Apple accounts you link. One account can hold several calendars. Other calendar types are not supported. See which calendars GetCalendario works with.
- Connections: each connection copies events one way, from one calendar to another. Two-way sync takes two connections. See one-way or two-way calendar sync.
- Sync rules: they decide which events are copied and how. See how to stop certain events from syncing.
- Sync window: how far back and forward events are copied. See how far back and forward does calendar sync go.
- Apple (iCloud) calendars: copy events from an Apple calendar onto Google or Microsoft. Read only for now: nothing is copied onto Apple yet. Apple does not announce changes, so we check on a schedule, and this row says how often. See which calendars GetCalendario works with.
- Daily Backups: a nightly copy of your calendars. See how Daily Backups work.
- Sharing: view sharing lets people see a calendar view you choose. On Free you can create views but not share them. See how to share your availability by link.
- Secondary accounts: other people you invite to sync calendars under your subscription. See what a secondary account is.
- Copy actions, working hours and destination routing: advanced rule features. See how to label copied events, how to sync only during working hours and how to send certain events to a different calendar.
What to know
- On Free, every copy GetCalendario makes carries a "[GetCalendario]" prefix on its title, so a copy says where it came from. Paid plans do not add it.
- During the trial you have the Premium limits.
- Each plan has more than this table covers. The Subscription screen in the app shows the full comparison for your account.
- Single sign-on and directory sync are not available.
