How to upgrade, downgrade or cancel your GetCalendario plan

Updated 7 October 2026

Open Manage Plan from the account menu to reach the Subscription page. It shows the four plans side by side. Choose a plan, choose monthly or yearly, and press the button on its card. To cancel, press Cancel Subscription on the card of your current plan.

Changing plan asks you to confirm it is you first, with an emailed code or your authenticator app.

How do I upgrade or pick a paid plan?

  1. Open Manage Plan.
  2. On the plan you want, use the Yearly pricing switch if you prefer yearly. The button reads "Activate" with the price per month or per year.
  3. Press it.

If you have no paid plan yet (you are on the trial or Free), you go to a secure checkout page to enter your card. A promotion code can be entered there.

If you already pay, a box asks "Are you sure you want to upgrade your plan?" and says "You will be charged the difference between the plans." Press Upgrade, confirm it is you, and the plan is swapped. The page then says "Subscription swapped."

An upgrade brings back anything paused or switched off by an earlier smaller plan. See the 14-day trial and the Free plan.

How do I downgrade?

Choose a cheaper plan on Manage Plan and press its button. A box asks "Are you sure you want to downgrade your plan?" Press Downgrade and confirm it is you.

If you have more calendar accounts or connections than the cheaper plan allows, the page stops you with "Downgrade not available" and says how many to delete first, for example "You need to delete 1 connection(s) to downgrade." Remove them, then try again.

Moving to Free is done by cancelling, below.

How do I cancel?

  1. Open Manage Plan.
  2. On your current plan, press Cancel Subscription.
  3. A box asks you to confirm. Press Cancel subscription, then confirm it is you.
  4. You are taken to the billing portal to complete the cancellation.

The Billing item in the menu opens the same billing portal while you have a subscription. In the portal you can also update your card.

What happens to my rules, accounts and backups?

When the plan you pay for ends and you move to a smaller one, such as Free:

  • Calendar accounts connected directly to Google or Microsoft are not disconnected.
  • Connections beyond the new plan's limit are paused, and rules beyond the limit are switched off. Nothing is deleted, and both return when the plan allows. You can choose which ones stay on the Subscription page beforehand.
  • The sync window shortens, and copies beyond it are taken off the other calendar. Your own calendars are not touched.
  • People you shared views with lose access when your plan has room for fewer of them. Access returns when you have room again.
  • Daily Backups are not part of Free. See how Daily Backups work.

The full limits are in GetCalendario plans compared.

What to know

  • The page states only one thing about money on a change: upgrading charges the difference between the plans. This page makes no other promise about credits or refunds. The billing portal shows your invoices and what will be charged.
  • If a team pays for your plan, there is no plan for you to buy, and the page says so. Accounts added as a secondary account do not see Manage Plan, because they are covered by the person who pays.
  • A referral free year you have earned waits until you turn it in; taking a plan does not use it up. See when you get your free year.
