How to change your email address or password in GetCalendario

Updated 4 October 2026

You change your email address in Settings, on the Your details tab, and your password in Settings, on the Security tab. Both are short forms. Changing your password asks you to prove it is you with a second step first.

How do I change my email address?

  1. Open Settings. The Your details tab opens first.
  2. Edit the Email Address box. You can also change Full Name, Timezone and Date format on this form.
  3. Press Save Profile.

The new address has to be one that no other GetCalendario account uses. If it is taken, the form says so.

Two things to know:

  • If you belong to a team that manages accounts on its company email domain, your address has to stay on that domain. The form tells you which domain or domains are allowed. See team members: managed and sponsored.
  • Your emailed sign-in codes and notices go to the address on the account, so make sure you can read mail there before you save.

How do I change my password?

  1. Open Settings and choose the Security tab.
  2. In the password section, fill in Existing Password, Password and Confirm Password. The new password has to be at least 8 characters with upper and lower case letters, a number and a symbol, and it must differ from the old one.
  3. Press Update Password.
  4. A Verification required box asks "What auth method would you like to use?" Choose Email to get a code by email, or the authenticator app if you have set one up, and complete that step.
  5. Back on the Security tab, a box says "You made a password update request. Are you sure you want to update your account password?" Press Update Password to confirm.

If you turned password sign-in off after adding a passkey, you can turn it back on in the Passkeys section. See how to set up a passkey.

What if I forgot my password?

On the sign-in page, press Forgot your password?, enter your email address and we email you a reset link. If you have a passkey, you can skip the password and use Sign in with a passkey instead.
