Where to find your referral link and QR code

Your referral link is on the Refer & Earn page, in a box under your punch card. Press Copy link to put it on your clipboard, then paste it anywhere. Anyone who signs up through it is credited to you.

You have a link from the day you sign up. The QR code and the sharing buttons are on the same page, just below the link.

How do I copy my link?

  1. Open Refer & Earn.
  2. Find the box labelled "Your referral link".
  3. Press Copy link. The button reads "Copied" for a moment.

The link is the GetCalendario signup page with your personal code on the end. When a person opens it, the code is remembered for up to 90 days, so they can look around and come back later and you are still credited. If they type a different code into the signup form, the typed one wins.

How do I send it from the page?

Under the link is a box called Send it to someone, with a message already written. You can edit the message before you send it. The buttons are:

  • Share... (only on devices that have a share sheet, such as a phone)
  • X
  • LinkedIn (LinkedIn does not accept pre-written text, so the button copies your message for you to paste in)
  • Email, Gmail, Office 365 and Outlook.com
  • Text message
  • Copy for Instagram (copies the message and link so you can paste them into a bio or story)

If a webmail button opens your mailbox without a new message, use Email instead. That one uses the mail program on your device.

How do I get the QR code?

  1. In the Send it to someone box, press QR code.
  2. The code appears. Press Hide QR code to close it.
  3. Under the code, choose a format to download: PNG, JPG, PDF or SVG.

PNG and JPG suit slides and documents. The PDF is print-ready and has the link written out beneath the code. The SVG scales to any size without blurring. Printed at 300dpi, the PNG and JPG are about four inches square.

The QR code points at your link. If you replace your link, the QR code follows it.

How do I replace my link?

Press Replace this link, then Yes, give me a new link. Press Keep this one to back out.

  • You get a new link straight away, and the page shows the new one.
  • The old link keeps working for 90 days, so anyone who already clicked it and has not signed up yet still counts for you. After 90 days it stops working.
  • Stamps you have already earned are not affected.
  • Anything you printed with the old link or QR code will stop crediting you after those 90 days, so download a new QR code after replacing.

You can replace your link a limited number of times in an hour. If you press the button too many times, wait and try again.
